It is suitable for large bag packaging material automatic feeding equipment.They can lift the big bag to the feeding port through an electric hoist or forklift, presses the bag, opens the unloading port of the big bag, and is supplemented by a tapping device or vibration device to urge the materials to fall into the lower hopper.

Working principle

Manually operate the automatic hoist to lift the ton bag to the top of the large bag opening station beating device, manually pull out the ton bag discharging port, into the pneumatic entrainment device, press the entrainment button, clamp the cylinder to automatically tighten the ton bag discharging port, manually untie the tying rope of the ton bag opening, and start automatic discharging. The raw material enters the buffer material irrigation, and the accumulation and blocking phenomenon of the raw material in the ton bag can be relieved by the beating device, so that the raw material can fall into the buffer tank smoothly from the ton bag. The buffer tank is equipped with a conveying screw, through the screw ground metering transportation, can reach the customer needs to feed the amount of raw materials to the customer needs in the tank (according to the bag opening station bracket can be installed weighing module, after peeling, directly weigh out the weight).
