Dust-free feeding station is used for unpacking, delivery, screening and unloading of small bags of materials in pharmaceutical,chemical, food, battery materials and other industries. Dust-free feeding station by the feeding platform, discharge silo, the dust removal system, vibration screen and other components.



Working principle of dust-free feeding station: When the small bag material needs to be unbagged and poured into the next process, it only needs to be directly unpacked and put into the system manually. The dust generated during feeding is collected by the dust collector. Material through the vibrating screen (safety screen) can be block material and foreign matter interception, so as to ensure the discharge of particles in line with the requirements.
