Q4: Is it easy to clean the machine when switching materials?

A: Yes. All internal surfaces are mirror-polished to reduce residue. The tank is designed with convenient access points including manholes, sampling ports, and optional CIP (clean-in-place) spray heads for fast cleaning and quick batch turnaround.

 

Q5: What is your typical delivery time?

A:

  • Standard configuration: 45 working days

  • Customized equipment: 50-60 working days, depending on complexity
    We will provide a clear timeline upon confirming your order details.

 

Q6: Can I adjust the mixing speed and process parameters?

A: Absolutely. Our mixers are equipped with frequency inverter controls that allow independent speed adjustment of each shaft (e.g. low-speed anchor and high-speed disperser). PLC + HMI automation is also available for full control and data tracking.

 

Q7: Do you support customization of tank volume and process layout?

A: Yes. We offer full customization based on your application, including:

  • Tank volume and structure

  • Feeding ports (liquid/powder)
